So I was clearing out some files on the computer last week and I found this. God must've known I needed to be reminded of how lucky I am to have this gorgeous, healthy little girl in my life. So many people I know probably read my blogs and think, "I wish I had a little girl to sass to me" or "I wish I had a kid to keep me up at night or hang all over me at dinner." I am sorry I have been so negligent with your feelings.
I had forgotten about this little play session with Daddy ... which tells me that I'll probably forget about all this bad stuff with Kendall, as well. I hope you enjoy this flashback as much as I did.

Don't feel guilty - we all do it! I think the rest of our life will be filled with mom guilt... we feel it when we have to leave for work, when we discipline, when we don't, the things we say, what we don't say... it never ends!
Sweet video... doesn't it make you wish she was that little again?
Can you even BELIEVE she was that little?! I found some of Meg just yesterday and had the same feelings. They grow too fast. I'm so glad you shared this!
That is so cute! What an adorable baby she was. Of course, I'm not surprised since she's such a cute little girl.
You're a good momma.
i know you aren't looking for reassurance and I don't even have kids but I thought as I was reading this "what is she hoping to gain by waking you up? and why for heaven's sake is she waking up at this time of night on her own?" I have had kids in my class (about her age) do the same to their parents w/ multiple diagnoses....is your dr blowing you off or working with you on this? I know I don't have kids so don't think I'm preaching but if the dr is ignoring is there another you could go to? It is so strange that she wakes up on her own.....she should be exhausted by that time (as if you don't know that!)...I totally feel you on the who is going ot snap first...I have a kid every year w/ some kind of sleeping issue so coupled with my sleeping issues it is HARD! Good luck chicka!!!!! And you should NOT feel bad for being frustrated about this... Tim does have to go to work but so do you!!!! :) MUAH!
